Hache Bordas Constructions has more than 35 years experience in designing and constructing individual residences and complete projects, and offers a total package concept.

This means a total turnkey service: from your original ideas through to the completed project.

Our experienced team of enthusiastic experts, many of whom have been working with the company for over 20 years, offer complete support throughout the various design and construction project phases.

Clients are in direct contact with our team, which ensures clear and concise communication to make sure that your wishes are carried out correctly.

Project planning is phased, where possible, according to the timescales stipulated by the client.

Every step in the project is checked very carefully. For example, clients can be sure there are no leaks in the house, because the entire plumbing system is checked at the relevant pressures.

All technical aspects are checked thoroughly.

The company works with the best materials on the market. These materials comply with various construction standards, which include quality control of the materials used and, where necessary, also include supporting data, e.g. concerning material strength and suitability.

Regardless of whether or not the architectural design is done in-house, the basic design specifications will be adjusted according to the building plot. For example, the depth and strength of the foundations is frequently increased to take account of local seismic activity and ground structure.

This is standard policy. The amount of reinforcement used in the concrete is frequently increased where necessary.

Another important point concerns the environment, particularly soil pollution, which can occur through inadequate filtering of wastewater.

There have been many instances of pure groundwater being polluted through the use of deep drainage pits, which release bacteria directly into the underground water supplies.

It is standard company policy to only use the so-called French drainage system, which provides multiple layer filtering of wastewater, far above the groundwater plateaus.

This not only ensures basic filtering before the wastewater enters the ground, but the depth of soil between the filter and the water table ensures further natural filtration.
